2005 - The Take Pride in America National Award from the U.S. Department of the Interior for improving our public parks, forests, waterways, wildlife refuges, cultural and historical sites, playgrounds and other recreation areas

2005 - Governor’s Volunteer Award for Volunteer Administration, awarded to former Stewardship Director Mary Beth Cooney, for her work administering and managing the Partners for Parks program.

2005 – UPS Foundation Challenge Grant in the amount of $75,000, one of 11 grants awarded nationally by UPS, to support and expand the program’s capacity and ensure its sustainability

2005 – Appreciation Award from the Historic Cook House in East Hanover

1999-2005 - Outstanding Volunteer Service Recognition from Morristown National Historical Park and Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge for contributing toward the conservation and management of natural resources.

2000 – 2004 - Corporate Philanthropy Awards from the Stephen and Mary Birch Foundation, recognizing excellence in service and commitment to the community.

2004 – Business Partner Award from Somerset County Association of Young Professionals for providing community service days

2003 - Resolution by Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders for assistance in the creation of the Rahway River Parkway, Michael S. Bezega Wetland Observation Area

2002
- Watershed Stewardship Award from the Whippany River Watershed Action Committee for public stewardship of natural resources and watershed habitat improvement.

2001 – Garden Club Award from the Hanover Garden Club for outstanding effort, extraordinary teamwork, and exemplary attitude improving gardens throughout Morris County.

2000 - Hammer Award from the National Partnership for Reinventing Government for work on National Public Lands Day contributing to building a government that works better and costs less.

1999 & 2000 - AT&T Champions of the Environment Award from AT&T for promoting a spirit of community, diversity, and equal opportunity.

1998 - Environmental Achievement Award from the Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissions for distinguished effort on behalf of New Jersey’s local environment.
