About the event
Our resident biologist Linda will lead a guided hike through our Nancy Conger West Brook Preserve. In 2020 The Land Conservancy completed a major restoration of the West Brook, which feeds the Wanaque Reservoir. The brook will soon be an ideal environment for the disappearing native brook trout.
Learn about the native plants, birds, and other flora and fauna. Afterwards we'll cool off with a beer (or seltzer) at nearby Ramstein/High Point Brewing. Hike is free; you just pay for any beverage purchases.
