The Land Conservancy of New Jersey is proud to be comprised of a diverse range of professionals that reflects the communities in which we operate. We understand that through collaboration, diverse people with different experiences develop the most innovative and elegant solutions. Diversity is one of our key strengths.

But DEIJ is about more than just talking points. We are learning, listening, training, and seeking to do better every day, at every level of our organization. Truly inclusive work is about action, and calling others to action as well. We're being more explicit about this work, and you can learn more at our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity Initiative. Read about it and then let us know how we can improve.

We are deeply humbled to occupy the land of the native Munsee Lenape.

The Land Conservancy of New Jersey acknowledges Indigenous Peoples as the traditional stewards of the land, and the enduring relationship that exists between them and their traditional territories. The land on which our headquarters sit is the traditional unceded territory of the Munsee Lenape Nation. We also work to preserve land in the traditional territories of the Lenape Haki-nk (Lenni-Lenape) and the Ramapough Lenape Nation.
