TLCNJ is pleased to welcome Analise Draghi as one of our new planning fellows. She completed her first year in Rutgers' Master's of City and Regional Planning program. Before that she earned dual degrees in environmental studies and Chinese language and culture from Lafayette College.

Analise grew up in Long Valley, where she learned to love to walk, hike, and spend time in nature—one of the reasons she is so drawn to TLCNJ. Outside of work, Analise is an avid reader, crafter, and thrift shopper.

She says, "Born and raised in New Jersey, I’m passionate about keeping the 'garden' in the Garden State, particularly through thoughtful planning. I’m excited to work with TLCNJ to protect the lands that have shaped me and continue to mean so much to me."

TLCNJ's planning fellowship program, now in its fourth year, continues to be a valuable year-long opportunity for young professionals to learn mapping and creative analysis, working with governments and communities on real-life projects that promote conservation in New Jersey. These fellows enhance the quality of our work and significantly increase the organization’s capacity.

We are deeply humbled to occupy the land of the native Munsee Lenape.

The Land Conservancy of New Jersey acknowledges Indigenous Peoples as the traditional stewards of the land, and the enduring relationship that exists between them and their traditional territories. The land on which our headquarters sit is the traditional unceded territory of the Munsee Lenape Nation. We also work to preserve land in the traditional territories of the Lenape Haki-nk (Lenni-Lenape) and the Ramapough Lenape Nation.
